Norwalk, CA (March 1, 2018)- The Pre-Wrap: Oscar Valdez- WBO Featherweight champion Oscar Valdez held a media workout at Legendz boxing gym ahead of his anticipated fight with Scott Quigg. Valdez faces Quigg at the Stubhub Center in Carson, CA March 10th. Promoter Bob Arum promises a stacked card of exciting fights, featuring a pair of unbeaten prospects in the co-main event Andy Vences vs. Erick De Leon; and the return of heavyweight Andy Ruiz.

Valdez returns to ESPN since a hellacious back and forth battle against Genesis Servania. The Mexican from Nogales has been in back to back fight of the year candidates, quickly becoming a cant miss boxing attraction. Moving his location for training from Los Angeles to Guadalajara Mexico, Valdez says he wanted to isolate himself to focus on the toughest opponent of his career.

Promoter Bob Arum acknowledges the danger of the fight and touts the card as one of the best assembled for the die-hard fans of the StubHub. “If your going to the event, make sure you watch from the first fight. Every fight on the card is matched splendidly.” Said Arum.
